Conclusion 

Stage 3 completes the internal procedures for complaints. You will be finally and promptly issued with a Completion of Procedures letter in accordance with the guidance published by the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA). This letter will: a) confirm that all internal procedures have been exhausted; b) list the issues involved and dealt with and their outcome; and c) inform you of your right to take your complaint further to an external adjudicator.

If you are registered as a student or are a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a student and you are still dissatisfied you can take your case to the OIA. Cardiff Metropolitan University will provide you with information about the OIA and how to contact them.
