Our focus is on providing learning environments and opportunities that enable students to enhance their leadership, management and development skills in the context of a dynamic sports and leisure sector. We seek to blend sound theory with contemporary practice and are particularly motivated by the applied nature of our discipline.
In addition to our traditional academic and research roles the discipline also undertakes consultancy activities focused on leadership development and team management.
