BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science is endorsed by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences.

Sporting Excellence Through a close relationship between the School and the Athletic Union, Cardiff Met supports students in their quest for sporting excellence. Students can compete in the BUCS Championship and in National and Local League competitions.

Growing Research Culture.  There are over 30 research active staff in the School with diverse research interests

High Employability on Completion of Degree Course.  Over 95% of students are in employment or undertaking further study within 6 months of completing their degree.
From September 2014 all undergraduate students will have the opportunity to undertake a placement at level five or six.  
The School has a Work Placement Office with administration support and a Work Based Learning Coordinator. 
This service will promote and liaise with the private, public and voluntary organisations who currently work with the Cardiff School of Sport.
Our aim is to produce ‘work ready students’ who have the knowledge, understanding and skill set to allow them to compete in the competitive employment market.

Cardiff School of Sport and all its teaching and practical facilities are situated on the Cyncoed Campus. The campus is compact, friendly and within easy reach of local shops, Cardiff city centre and road and rail transport links.
