Staff Gown Collection
Cardiff Metropolitan University hosts ceremonies in July, November and February.
Academic Staff joining the robed procession will significantly add to the ceremonial atmosphere which is enjoyed by both students and their families, while also reflecting Cardiff Met’s celebration of it’s students achievement.
To hire your robes please contact the Assessments and Awards team using the following e-mail address: graduation@cardiffmet.ac.uk.
To sit in the audience and watch the celebration please state in an e-mail the day and time of the ceremony.
Staff may also like to assist at the ceremonies as a marshal. If you would like to help then please include this in your e-mail and you will be contacted by the staff in Academic Registry.
The deadline date to return the robe request form is indicated at the top of the form. Any requests for robe hire after this date will be charged directly to the School.
N.B If you order robes but are no longer able to attend, please notify Katy Longworth on 5755 immediately to cancel the order. All hired gowns not used at the ceremonies will be charged to the relevant School’s budget.
