Future Contract Opportunities
The following lists current and forthcoming contract opportunities that will be subject to competitive tenders.

IMPORTANT: Cardiff Metropolitan University utilises e-sourcing for the majority of its tender opportunities.

The University utilises a dedicated portal Cardiff Metropolitan University tenders - an introduction and user guide to this tool can be found here.

Please note that Cardiff Metropolitan University utilises the Sell2Wales website for posting contract announcements - if your firm is not registered on Sell2Wales, we strongly suggest you do so - there is no cost for registration. If you are, or wish to be, registered on Sell2Wales, we strongly recommend that the main contact email address is a 'generic' address, such as sales@ or information@ - we have seen many examples where communication on opportunities has been lost due to the main regsitered email address belonging to a staff member on holiday, maternity leave or no longer with the potential supplier.

Small or micro businesses can sometimes consider the scale of public sector contracts to be too large for them to handle. One option in such a scenario is for two or more businesses to partner up to bid jointly. Welsh Government has published informative guidance on joint bidding.

The opportunities identified in the following table are for prior information only.

If the requirement value falls above the OJEU threshold (currently £172,514.00), these requirements will not be 'live' until the OJEU notice is published.

Please do not contact us about these opportunities until such time as there is a document posted in the 'Further Details' section - once the document is posted, please follow the 'making contact' or 'expressing your interest' instructions in that document .
