Course Fees
To assist International Students and their families with their financial planning and budgets, we offer fixed-level fees. This means that students who are enrolled on a two or three year programme will pay the same fee in their third year as they do in their first.
The tuition fees are fixed in year one, and do not increase in subsequent years.
Fees for the 2010-11 academic year are shown here.
You will need to pay your course fees in one of the two following ways:
1. Payment in full at enrolment
2. Payment in two instalments - You will need to pay a minimum of 60% of the total fees at enrolment. The second instalment of 40% will be due at the beginning of the second semester. Paying in instalments does incur an administration charge of 5%.
Please note that occasionally there may be a change in the fees outlined above. Your offer letter will confirm your finalised course fees.
Applicants may, in some cases, be asked to provide an Advanced Payment of Fees to the sum of GBP 3,000. For more information about the Advance Fee Payment System, please click here.
It is important that you have sufficient funds to pay for fees and living expenses for the whole of your course at UWIC. Regrettably, UWIC does not offer any international scholarships or bursaries.
University regulations state that all financial commitments (including course and accommodation fees) must be met before a student is allowed to graduate. Like other UK universities, UWIC is entitled to withhold graduation certificates until all outstanding debts to the University are cleared.
