Centre for Food and Nutrition Research
The Centre for Food and Nutrition Research has an International reputation for delivering applied research for policy makers, consumers and the food manufacturing industry. There are three research groups within the Centre:

All groups use a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to deliver internationally excellent research. The Centre has received significant infrastructure investment in recent years, culminating in a state of the art food industry centre which creates a focal point for the extensive and varied expertise available to the centre.
Training of postgraduate researchers is integral to the activities of the Centre to provide our MPhil and PhD candidates with the specific skills required while contextualising their research within current social, economic and public health policies.
