The School currently engages 16.21 fte Secretaries and Administrators to support the diverse academic portfolio.  Posts may be roughly divided into those who provide direct support to students and academic programmes and those who support the School’s corporate functions. 
All staff are accountable to the School’s Business Support Manager, Mr Ian Doyle, but operational line management is shared with other members of the School’s Management and Planning Team.

In addition, the School supports a Health Inspectorate Wales accredited Acute Hospital Clinic in the Wales Centre for Podiatric Studies with its own dedicated administrative and management structure embedded within the School’s overall management framework.
