Support for the HallsNet Service
If you have problems connecting to or using the HallsNet service then please see the HallsNet FAQ.
Should this not resolve your problem then you may also contact IT Helpdesk by calling (029 2041) 7000, emailing email@example.com
or dropping into one of the learning centres. For details of their opening hours please see Opening Hours.
If they are unable to resolve the problem, on the telephone, then they may ask you to bring your device into the Learning Centre or, if necessary, may arrange for someone to contact you to make an appointment to visit you in the Halls of Residence.
There are also a number of Connection Clinics during Freshers Week to help you with any connection issues.
You can pop by for advice or help with any aspect of the service. Laptop computers and WIFI devices (Smartphones and Tablets) can be configured at the desk.
