Enrolment and School Liaison 

The Central part of the Enrolment and Schools Liaison Team is based in Academic Registry at the Llandaff Campus.  However, School Registry Officers, who are also a vital part of the Team are based across Cardiff Metropolitan University and provide the link between Registry and the Schools for a variety of Academic Registry based functions.

The Team has responsibility for the enrolment of all full-time and part-time students within Cardiff Met and students from our franchise arrangements. The main enrolment events take place in September, February and during the Summer vacation when successful returning students are enrolled along with new students.

The Team is responsible for the maintenance and updating of all student records which provides the base for management information and government returns and provides an internal information source for all sections of Cardiff Met.

The Schools Liaison arm of the Team is vital for maintaining the link between Academic Registry, the Schools and the students.  Staff provide an assignment collection service, enrolment and an enquiry and administration service for the students, enter data and maintain the student modular tracking system, vital to all Teams of the Academic Registry, play a full part in the main enrolment, examination and Examining Board events and many assist with the Graduation Ceremonies.

The Enrolment and Schools Liaison Team is an integral part of the work of the Academic Registry, its core function impacting on all other Teams.
