Walk-in User Access to E-Resources
Cardiff Met offers Walk-in Access to a range of electronic databases and electronic learning resources.
Who can use it
Anyone who is not a current member of staff or student at Cardiff Met can use the Walk-in service.
These resources are only to be used for educational purposes, i.e., for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research. If you are unsure if this covers your use of these resources, please ask a member of library staff.
Please read our Walk-in Access - Acceptable Use policy for further information or take a look at our Walk-in Access - Resources to see what we have to offer.
Currently the Walk in Access service is only available at Llandaff and Howard Gardens Learning Centres. Please check their opening hours before you visit.
Please contact the Llandaff/Howard Gardens Learning Centre in advance of your visit to check the availability of the service and to ensure that we have the resources you require.
Please note that access to the service may be restricted at busy times and is provided on a strict ‘first come first served’ basis on two dedicated terminals.
