Food, Nutrition & Dietetics Courses
We’ve been training dieticians and nutrition specialists for nearly 50 years, and our Cardiff-based Centre for Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science is now the hub of nutritional and dietetic research in Wales.
The centre’s latest addition, the Food Industry Centre, will provide state-of-the-art facilities where new products can be developed and tested. Meanwhile, new research laboratories will enhance our international reputation for food safety research.
Employers in numerous fields hold the centre’s graduates in high regard. Graduates can go on to apply for registration with the Health Professions Council, and many take advantage of the booming economy in the health and fitness sectors.
