The University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC) engages in research that is at the interface of new knowledge creation and its application.  Applied research is a key determinate of UWIC success, as we continue to build strong local, national and international partnerships with industry, the public sector, universities, colleges and the wider community.
