Rhys Pearce
Research Administrator  
Department:

I have several administrative roles across the School of Management. Primarily I support the Research department, assisting the Research Officer and Associate Dean (Research) with activities relating to research active staff and research students.

My personal responsibilities include facilitating conference travel taken by the research students, supporting the CSM ethics committee and monitoring ethics activity across the school, and also maintaining the development of the school’s online repository in preparation for REF2014.  

Elsewhere in the school, I support the Work Based Learning team with the task of placing all second year undergraduate students in work placements. My role involves providing guidance and instructions to the students and maintaining and monitoring their records.

In addition to the above, I provide administrative support to the CSM Health & Safety committee and the Executive MBA programme.
