I joined Cardiff School of Management in January 2009 having worked in professional administration in Higher Education, the Civil Service and Private sectors for a number of years. 

As Business Support Assistant, I co-ordinate and organise the human resource function for the School including recruitment and selection,  staff performance reviews, overtime and Associate Tutor payments, sickness absence and staff development administration. 

As a CIPD and MBA graduate, I take a keen interest in all aspects of human resource management and am keen to continue with my own professional development.
