Before joining the Elevate Cymru team as a Business Lecturer and Personal Tutor, Angharad  worked with, and supported, in excess of four thousand  SME’s over a 10 year period  to sustain and develop their skills and their businesses.  

Her background in entrepreneurship leadership and development combined with being a nationally accredited SFEDI Business Advisor (Gold Practitioner) and Psychology graduate enables her to draw on extensive experience to guide and support businesses on their development journey.

Angharad therefore brings extensive practical, professional and academic experience to the team which will enable her to fully support individual students and SME’s through their engagement with the university and the Elevate Cymru programme in particular.

 Angharad is also Director of Business Development with a private sector training company where she is the company’s Investors in People, Environmental and  ISO 9001 Quality champion.
